Srce u slivniku

i jesu li drugi ikad bili njeni?

Na ovoj planeti, ko nezvani gost
sa bezbroj zivota sto traju ko treni,
chiji snovi tkaju nevidljivi most,
I srce i dusha su zalud poklonjeni.

Bez vrednosti rechi u prashnjave skute
stavlja ovaj slikar i suzama moli,
misli svoje bolne da zamru i cute
o tome koliko nekoga voli.

Jer ispije se rujnog vina chasha i onda,
preostala kap je celo bice vagabunda.

      • 🙂 Hah… Šta reći… Šejm on mi…

  2. Oh.. Such a shame i dont understand 😦

    • I can translate it for you, tho it will no longer be a fragile attempt at a sonnet then:D

      Heart down the drain

They do not care, dear, nor do they ask
how deep the love is inside of me,
for how can a soul that wanders even love
and have others ever trully belonged to she?

On this planet, like an uninvited guest,
with countless lives that last like moments
      whose dreams weave an invisible bridge;
and the heart and the soul are gifted in vein.

      Worthless words into dusty corners
this painter puts and begs with his tears,
his painfull thoughts to die and be silent
about how much he loves another.

For a glass of red wine is drunk and then
the last drop on the bottom is the vagabonds whole being.

      • Wow. This is outstanding! If the translation is so good, I can only wonder how brilliant it must sound in your native language. True gem.

      • The english somehow makes it seem like peotically distant from my side, while on Serbian it sounds more sorrorfully raw, for it was envisioned as a lament for lost close friendships 🙂 Some words are very hard to translate, no matter which language I try to speak,I always find myself a slave of archaics 🙂
I wish to thank you for taking time to read and bless your curiosity for wondering what it all means, it is a quality not many posses or nurture nowadays 🙂

      • Your writing really intrigues me. From some of the english pieces i read on your blog, i was left truly speechless and in awe with your talent.

  4. Ljubav u sonetu. Baš kako treba 🙂

  7. Uzivala sam.

  11. Prelepa pesma! Pronađoh se u jednom delu… (:
